Real Estate development is a second career for Kevin. His prior experience was as a senior manager and principle in the world of Marketing and Advertising in New York and Chicago.
He resides in Yarmouth, where he served as Chairman of the Planning Board for over 5 years, with his wife Page and numerous pets. He has two grown sons.
