Most units have one dedicated parking space in the building’s heated underground garage. Units 101 and 104 have a dedicated outdoor parking space. A limited number of early reservations will have the option to buy an additional tandem parking space for $20,000. The elevator takes you directly to your floor from inside the parking garage
Hammond House welcomes pets!
The $350 per month condo fee includes water, sewer, common area cleaning, exterior maintenance and repair, landscaping, and snow and trash removal. We’re happy to share the rules and regulations, budget, and other condo documents upon request!
Each unit has a private storage space on the same floor, or inside the condo. These units are large enough to hold athletic equipment, seasonal decorations, and more! A limited supply of additional basement storage spaces are available for purchase.

The units may be leased for a minimum of 3 months at a time.
Early reservations will have the ability to choose from our selection of modern fixtures and finishes. Don’t like the choices? We can work with you to further customize your space (may be an additional cost depending on selections). Buyers have a $4500 credit towards your choice of appliances (range, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher).
You may reserve a unit in Hammond House for up to 30 days with a $1000 deposit. You will be provided with final versions of the Public Offering Statement for the Hammond House Condo Association and you will be able to confirm the specs/finishes of your unit with any customization during this time. At (or before) your 30-day period is over, you will be required to enter into a formal contract to purchase a unit and a 10% non-refundable deposit will become due. If you withdraw from the reservation within the 30 day time frame you will receive a full refund of your $1000 deposit. Please contact us to view the Reservation Agreement!
